Automatic Run 

Note: In Lyobrary there is a presentation that explains all of the software screens and how to 
operate the system. 
 

Background 

Employing the Automatic Freeze-drying Run allows the freeze dryer operator to 
design a program that is specific for a particular product. The controller cools the 
shelves, activates the condenser and vacuum pump and executes the operator-
selected program. 
 

Basic Operation 

 

From the Main Menu screen, select the Automatic mode of operation.

The Automatic Mode screen will be displayed.

Click on the Freeze-drying button to access recipes. 

3.

 

The Recipe Screen for Freeze-Drying process screen will be displayed. 

4.

 

 

To use an existing run click on the Existing recipe button.

A window will open showing all of the existing runs. Highlight the one that you
