SITUATION
If the hundred’s digit is “1”, it indicates that the error did not
occur during printing but it occurred during mechanical reset.
Example) 107: Paper feed operation was performed during
mechanical reset.
For the details of the status No., refer to Section 3-4.
T. ON TIME
The total operating time of this unit at the time of error is
displayed. (Unit: hour)
The time (numeric value) is updated every 15 minutes.
When the operating time is within 15 minutes, it is not
reflected on the numeric value.

The sensor level using the AD converter is memorized.

3-2. Saving Function to Memory Stick
When an error occurs in this unit, the error information is
automatically written in the Memory Stick inserted in this
unit. Also, the error information is written in the Memory
Stick by manually carrying out STORE IMAGE [STORE]
in the menu of the main unit.
This error information is the same as the contents that can
be checked in MECHA JIGU MODE. It is suitable to be
used for the data management and so on because it is saved
as file data and can be checked by the personal computer.
The files to be created are the SENSOR file and RECORD
file in the SERVICE folder.
When you clear the error history in this unit, it is
recommended to clear the error history stored in the
Memory Stick on the personal computer. If you want to
save the error information, copy the data in the Memory
Stick to the personal computer before clearing the error
information.

When replacing the mechanical main unit assembly, be
sure to clear the error history.
RECORD file
The data is saved in the csv format. Therefore, use Excel to
display the data on the personal computer.
REC ID
The ID number of the past error is displayed. The larger
number represents the later error.
The whole data can be sorted on Excel.
