Compatible files and media
To create your own DVDs with Simple DVD Maker, you can use images recorded with movie files (MPEG files
or DV codec AVI files) created with MovieShaker or DVgate, or images loaded from a DV device.

To compile your DVDs, you can use the following files:

Please note that Mpeg1 and Mpeg2 files can only be used if they are in the same folder as the .scx file generated by DVgate Assemble. If you move
an MPEG file, make sure you move the .scx file to the same location.

To record your DVD files, you can use the following types of disc:

CD-Rs (650 MB or 700 MB)
