Replacement

1. Disconnecting the connector

Disconnect the harness from the connector
(CN12) on the MS-64 board with tweezers.

2. Removing the head cleaner assembly

Remove the two screws and pull off the head
cleaner assembly in the arrow direction.

3. Replacing the HC roller assembly

(1) Remove the stop washer to remove the HC

roller assembly.

(2) Attach a new HC roller assembly with a new

stop washer.

Avoid bare-handed touch to the HC roller
assembly.
In addition, do not give an excessive force to
it at removal and reattachment, it may cause
deformation.
Operation supporting the back side of the HC
roller assembly by fingers is required.
