2-4-4. Analog Composite A/D Level Adjustment (J mode)
The CA-702 needs the following adjustment to maintain its performance. The CA-702P, however, does
not need.
Preparations
1.
Connect each equipment referring to 2-1-3, “Connection - AD Adjustment.”
2.
Set the power switch of CA to OFF and extend the AD-150 board.

5.
Warm up for approximately ten minutes in the procedures below before performing the adjustment.
(1) Set the SDI/COMPOSITE switch on the outside panel of CA to COMPOSITE.
(2) Set the power switch of CA to INPUT and the power switch of a camcorder to ON.
(3) Confirm that the “EXT” display blinks in the viewfinder of a camcorder and warm up for
approximately ten minutes.
