1-4. Replacing the Main Parts
1-4-1. Switching Regulator

Do not make any attempt to repair or to replace anything
inside of the switching regulator.
The switching regulator is an important part for safety.
Replacing parts inside the switching regulator could cause
a fire or electric shock.

Replacement Procedure
1. Turn off the main power and remove the AC plug from
the outlet.
2. Remove the top panel. (Refer to Section 1-2-1.)
3. Remove the harness from the wire clamp.
4. Remove the four screws (PSW 3
x
6) and remove the
switching regulator together with the PW table.
5. Remove the transparent cover of the terminal table.
6. Remove the four screws and remove the four harness-
es.
7. Remove the two screws (PSW 3
x
6) and remove the
PW table.
8. Attach the new switching regulator by reversing the
disassembly steps 7 to 3.
