Details
In the Details section, you can access more detailed information and technical data of
the storage system such as software version, installation date and address, battery
module technical details including maximum power of the battery, number of battery
modules, number of charge cycles and battery technology.
The Downloads section provides access to the operation manuals of the storage system.

Help and Support
This section displays the contact details for the local service team. In addition, it gives
you the ability to send out a service request to the service team directly from the
customer portal.
