electricity in the battery when electricity prices are low, and then use this stored
electricity to supply the household appliances at times of peak rate. The batteries are
prevented from discharging during the selected windows of time of use.
If your electricity provider company offers you time of use electricity tariffs, in which
there is a price difference between the peak and off-peak rates, you may consider
setting the storage system to time of use mode.
