Installation

3.1.

Genset installation

Follow these steps to install the genset:

FIX GENSET.

CONNECT EXHAUST OUTLET.

WET EXHAUST OUTLET

DRY EXHAUST SEAWATER OUTLET

CONNECT SIPHON BREAKER. (if installed)

CONNECT SEAWATER INLET.

CONNECT FUEL INLET.

CONNECT LEAK COOLANT OUTLET.

FILL WITH OIL.

FILL WITH COOLANT.

CHECK EACH PIPE CONNECTION for oil or coolant leaks.

10.

CONNECT TO EARTH.

11.

PRIME THE FUEL SYSTEM.

12.

CONNECT TO CONTROL PANEL.

13.

CONNECT TO BATTERY. Follow label battery connection into the genset.

It is necessary to install a waterlock (supplied as accessory) in the exhaust system to avoid

water ingestion.
