5.2.6 Electric heater setting
The electric heater can be turned on when the unit is heating or standby.
Press " " once to turn on the electric heater and press " " again to shut it off .

5.2.7 Keyboard locking
Press " " and hold for 5s once to lock the keyboard. Press " " and hold for 5s again
to unlock the keyboard.

6.Maintenance and repair
Check the water supply and air vent frequently, to avoid lack of water or air in the water
loop. Clean the water filter

dirty water can damage the unit.
periodically, helping the water to stay clean.
Keep the unit in a place which is dry and clean, and has good ventilation. Clean the heat
exchanger (water tank) every 1 to 2 months to keep a good heat exchange rate.
Check each part of the unit and the pressure of the system. and recharge the
refrigerant if it is needed.

If the heat pump is not used for a long time, please drain out all the water in the unit and
seal the unit. Please drain the water from the lowest point of the heat exchanger
(
water
tank) to avoid freezing in winter. Water recharge and full inspection on the heat pump is
needed before it is restarted.
Check the power supply and the electrical system, make sure the electrical components
are good, the wiring is tight.
Don't power off the unit when you use it incontinuity, or the water in the pipe will freeze and
split the pipe.
6.1 Maintenance
If the powersupply cord isdamaged, it mustbe replaced bythe manufacturer orits service
agent or asimilarly qualified person in order toavoid a hazard.
Steps for replacingthe magnesium rod:
Check the stateof the magnesium rod half yearaccording to theabove steps andwe
suggest that themagnesium rod should be replaced oncea year.
When the diameterof the magnesium rod is lessthan 5 mmand the length is less than
100mm, please replaceit immediately.
Step 1:Disconnectthe power supply, close the waterinlet of theunit, and thenopen the
water oulet torelease the pressure in the watertank till nowater come outfrom the outlet.
Step 2; Openthe water drainvalve at the bottom of theunit, empty thewater tank and
replace the magnesium rod.
Step 3: After the replacement, close the drain valve, keep thewater outlet opened, then
open the waterinlet to fillwater to thetank until there is water flowout from thewater
outlet.
