Description and device operation
Purpose
SOEKS NITRATE TESTER 2, hereafter referred to as the device, is designed
for express analysis of nitrate content in fresh fruit, vegetables.
Nitrate content analysis is based on conductivity of alternating high-
frequency current in the measured product.
