UltraPlow Operation and Maintenance Manual

Troubleshooting

PROBLEM

CAUSE

CORRECTION

UltraPlow leaving snow behind.

Cutting edge worn or damaged. Replace the cutting edge.

Blade tilted too high.

Adjust machines lift and tilt
controls.

Wear shoes out of adjustment.

Raise or lower wear shoes as
needed.

UltraPlow does not rotate.

No hydraulic flow.
