 Cut the patella through the dedicated saw guides  

(Figure 25b).

7.

 Select the appropriate diameter resurfacing patella drill 

guide and place it onto the patella. Align patella drill 
guide to the resected patella.

8.

 Use the patella peg drill to drill for the three peg holes  

through the patella drill guide until the drill bottoms out  
in the guide (Figure 25c).
