Hoisting and Transporting the PC094
Rigging for Transport
1. Confirm that the PC094 is in Travel Mode and that stabilizers are stored.
2. Rotate the Tiller Handle to Crane Mode.
3. Attach shackles rated for AT LEAST 3,000 lbs. to each of the four tie - down points of
the PC094.
4. Attach straps to each shackle; ensure tie down straps are suitable for the tie - down
and are in good condition.
5. When transporting the PC094, stop after ten miles and check the tie - downs to
confirm that they have not loosened; retighten, as needed.
WARNING
Tying - Down the PC094
•
Use the designated tie - down points located at the front and back of the
PC094 to tie - down the PC094; DO NOT use the lift points on the top of
the turret.
•
The PC094 MUST be in Travel Mode for transport; a boom out of its
stored condition will vibrate as the PC094 is being transported and
may cause CRITICAL damage to the lift cylinder.

opposite side.
