Under no circumstances shall SPYDERCRANE be liable for any consequential or special damages

which any person or entity may incur or claim to incur as a result of any defect in its product. This

includes, but is not limited to: the cost of transportation; lost sales, orders, profits, and income;

increased overhead, labor and materials. Consequential or special damages shall not in any event

exceed the cost of furnishing the repair or replacement parts deemed defective. SPYDERCRANE

maximum liability under this warranty shall under no circumstances exceed the original purchase

price of the product.

The warranty of all repaired and replaced parts expires at the same time as the original product

warranty. Upon expiration of this warranty period, as herein above provided, any such liability of

SPYDERCRANE shall be terminated.

Product Warranty Policies and Procedures

Key Components & Elements

There are four key components to the SPYDERCRANE North American warranty policy:

Product Warranty

Warranty Policies & Procedures

Warranty Registration Form

Warranty Claim Form

It is important to be familiar with all of these documents to make sure the warranty process runs

smooth and to assist SPYDERCRANE in approving warranty claims faster.

Only written claims received within 30 days from the date the parts were determined defective shall

be honored. Claims received after 30 days will be denied based on not being submitted in a timely

manner. All Claims must be complete and submitted on a current SPYDERCRANE approved

warranty form. Only one failure may be reported per warranty form.

SPYDERCRANE reserves the right to request defective parts back, within 90 days of receiving the

original claim for inspection before approving any warranty claims. No parts may be returned

without prior written consent from SPYDERCRANE. All requested parts approved for return must

be accompanied by a copy of the warranty claim and a complete description of the failure, and must

be received within 14 days of SPYDERCRANE

s request.

Appeals for each warranty request must be in within 30 days from the original SPYDERCRANE

warranty decision date. After this time, all decisions are final.

Warranty Parts

All maintenance, wear, repair and replacement parts used during the warranty period must be

genuine parts from FURUKAWA UNIC, the manufacturer of SPYDERCRANE mini

-

cranes, or

SPYDERCRANE. Where genuine parts are not available, prior approval is required before
