Situation 1: The users can access the files or folders before activating

“security level” on SMCWAPS-G. But after activating it, the authorized

users can not login by inputting the account and password. In this case,

please restart your Windows system to try again.

Situation 2: Change the account and password of SMCWAPS-G. In brief,

the users have some Limit authority to access the folders, but if someone

changes account and password this time, other authorized users can not

access at all. Please restart your Windows system to retry.

This is because Microsoft Windows system will cache some records, so

that the settings can not work immediately and the users have no idea to

restart the device.

2. How do I configure the authority of file-shared by My Network Places

and FTP service?

Take an example as follows:

First, Set account 123 and password

12345.Then Click “
