(1)When the vacuum instruction is ON, the supply valve is automatically closed when the
vacuum pressure reaches P2.
(2)When the vacuum pressure drops by P2-H2, the supply valve is automatically opened again.
(3)Repeat steps (1) and (2) unless the valve protection function is activated.
(4)The vacuum confirmation bit is set to 1 until the vacuum pressure reaches P1
and then drops to P1-H1.
(5)The release confirmation bit is set to 1 until the release pressure reaches P3
and then drops to P3-H3.
