such as inside a vehicle, away from any form of moisture such as rain, snow, or
pooled water.

Use the SG-7100 flanges as a template to mark the six holes with a pencil on the
mounting surface.

Drill the 6 x 4.3 mm holes. Do not drill into the SG-7100 housing.
4.
Use 6 pan head (#8 machine screw) screws to attach the SG-7100 to the mounting
surface and torque each to 1.35 N-m (12 inch-lbs).

Connect an IDP Terminal (optional)
Connect an IDP-680 terminal in pass-through mode following the installation instructions
in [

Connect to Power
CAUTION
The installer is responsible for complying
with local electrical codes.
1.
Connect power to the power connector on the back of the unit.

3.10 Route the Main Cable
Consider the following guidelines before routing the cable assembly.
CAUTION
Prior to working on any cabling, ensure that the unit is powered
off and will not start while work is in progress.
Ensure the power cable will not be pinched, kinked or worn down by any objects or
moving parts.
Do not run the cable over sharp or jagged edges.
Place the cable in recesses and channels, whenever possible, to prevent potential
damage or wear by foot traffic.
