Delete attendees
Attendees cannot be deleted via DTMF, it is only possible to delete attendees on the program interface of the
software or by a complete reset to default with DIP switch 3 (s. chapter 8.3.9 Delete configuration, p. 49)
8.3.4
General settings/further functions
The following general settings, which are valid both for all attendees and the master, can be changed in the pro-
gramming mode only.
8.3.5
Maximum ringing time per call
The maximum ringing time per call is the time during which the attendee is called via telephone. Is this time ex-
ceeded, the call is ended. Please mind that the maximum ringing time must always be longer than the time before
redirecting calls described in the following chapter. The maximum ringing time per call is set in seconds in the
following form:

, with „xxx“ standing for the seconds (one to three digits).
Example:
Should a call last a maximum of 25 seconds please enter *0425*.
8.3.5.1 Time before redirecting
The time before redirecting is the time span after which the second call number of the respective attendee or
the master is dialled in case the first is not answered. Please mind that the time before redirecting calls must
always be shorter than the maximum ringing time described in the last chapter. The time before redirecting
is entered in seconds in the following form:

, with „xxx“ standing for the seconds (one to three digits).
Example:
Should a call be redirected to the second number after 15 seconds, you enter *0315*.
8.3.5.2 Delay before answering
Here you can set a time span in seconds by which a call is delayed for all attendees. This setting makes
sense in case both indoor stations and a telephone system are installed and the indoor station is supposed to
start ringing before the telephone. The time calls are delayed by is entered in seconds in the following form:
*02xxx*
, with „xxx“ standing for the seconds (one to three digits).
Example:
Should a call be put through to the telephone system delayed by 5 seconds you enter *025*.
