Right to object : If processing is based on an overriding interest, you have the right to object
to the processing of your data. An objection is permissible if processing is either in the public
interest or on account of a justifi ed interest of Volkswagen Group Charging GmbH or a third
party. In the event of objection, you are kindly requested to notify us of your reasons for ob-
jecting to data processing. Besides this, you also have the right to object to data processing
