• Install a pressure reducer on the compressed air supply. Set this to maximum pressure of
6bar.
Electric shock due to faulty connector

• Check connection cable for damage.
Spraying of lubricant due to faulty fitting
of parts, incorrect connection of cables
• Tighten components with specified tightening torques. Use suitable hydraulic fittings and
pipes for the specified pressures. Check these for proper connection and damage before use.
Falling of persons by contamination of
ground with lubricant
• Carefully loosen and connect hydraulic connections.
• Immediately bind spilled / leaked lubricant with appropriate means and then remove.
• Observe the operating instructions for handling lubricants and contaminated parts.
Decommissioning, disposal
Environmental contamination with
lubricants and wetted parts
• Dispose of contaminated parts in accordance with applicable statutory and company
regulations.
