1. Safety instructions
1.5 Danger from system pressure
WARNING
System pressure
During operation, the product is in
a pressurised state. Depressurise
the product prior to installation,
maintenance and repair work.
1.6 Operation
The following points must be complied with
during commissioning and operation:
o all information within this manual and
other applicable documents.
o all laws and regulations to be complied
with by the operator.
1.7 Installation / maintenance / faults / decommissioning / disposal
o All relevant individuals (e.g. operating
personnel, supervisors) must be informed
of the work before carrying it out.
Operational precautions and operating
procedures must be observed.
o Ensure through appropriate measures
that any moving / loose parts are blocked
during work and that no parts of the
body can be pinched by unintentional
movements.
o Installation of the product only outside
the working area of the moving parts at
a sufficiently great distance from heat or
refrigeration sources.
o Before carrying out the work, de-energise
and depressurise the product and the
machine / plant in which the product is
installed and secure against unauthorised
activation.
o Only carry out any work on electrical
components with voltage-insulated tools.
o Fuses must not be bypassed. Fuses must
always be replaced with the same type.
o Ensure proper earthing of the product.
o Only make necessary drill holes for
installation at uncritical and non-load-
carrying parts.
o Other units may not be damaged or
impaired in their function as a result of
the installation.
o No parts of the central lubrication system
may be subjected to torsion, shear or
bending.
o Use suitable lifting gear when working
with heavy parts.
o Avoid confusion / incorrect assembly of
disassembled parts. Label parts.
