5. Plug in power cord, foot control,

hand control and battery cord into
the appropriate outlets.

6. Plug in actuator cable to the

appropriate marked outlets on the
control box.

7. Attach the two sections

with a 3/16” Allen wrench.
Put the bolts in through the
two

sections

with

the

washer  between  the  two
sections.    Then  secure  the
nuts  tightly  with  the  9/16”
wrench.

8. Attach the foot controls to the

foot  section  of  the  bed.    The
bolts  and nuts  are attached to
the  foot  bumper.    Using  a
Phillips

screwdriver

and

7/16”  wrench,  remove  bolts
and  place  foot  controls  in
place.    Then  secure  the  nuts
tightly  and  plug  the  controls
in.
