Caution: before each switch on, check the cleaning conditions of the press;
proceed, if necessary, to remove dust and dirt that can invalidate correct use.
6.1 Errors
6.2 Replacement of the Heating Element and Thermocouple
After unplugging the machine electrically by disconnecting the plug from the power socket,
disconnect the multiple socket from the control panel, then disconnect the heating element
and/or thermcouple wires from the multiple socket.
Remove the top cover of the heating platen; you can then access the thermocouple and the
heating element.
Proceed with replacement, taking care to reconnect the wires to their original ports.
Refer to the wiring diagram in chapter 8 to identify the right connections to the multiple socket.
Only use original SISER heating elements and thermocouples supplied by SISER S.r.l.
6.3 Replacement of Fuses F1 and F2
To replace the fuses, open the control panel after the machine is electrically isolated, removing
the plug from the power supply socket.
The fuses are located on the electronic circuit board.
Be cautious to replace the damaged fuse out of use with one of equal voltage
and current (250 V T15 A).di tensione e di corrente (250 V T15 A).
• Problem with thyristor: the press does not heat or heats beyond
the temperature set.
• Switch off and back on the press, checking the parameters set.
• If the problem persists, contact Siser
support.
• Problem with temperature probe: it can indicate no reading of the
temperature or board.
• Switch off and back on the press, checking the parameters set.
• If the problem persists, contact Siser support.
• Check the cord and plug are intact.
• If the control has a positive outcome, reconnect the plug and
switch back on the press, checking the parameters set.
• If the problem persists, contact Siser support.
