3 SAFETY
3.1 General Recommendations
Aspects linked to machine safety were taken into consideration during the design stages,
identifying the most suitable solutions to ensure safe use.
Be advised that any alteration made by the user will result in voiding the CE Declaration of
Conformity and relieves SISER S.r.l. of any responsibility for the machine.
The TS-ONE machine is designed for a 230 V power supply. This voltage is dangerous in case
of contact. All installations, maintenance and repairs must be made by certified, competent
personnel, licensed to work on electrical equipment.
The operator’s workplace must be kept clean, neat and free of objects that could limit the
range of movement of the machine.
3.2 Proper and Improper Use
The TS-ONE machine is designed and manufactured intended solely for the transfer of
heat-activated materials onto fabrics or other substrates, compatible with the working
temperatures.
Proper function and the safe operation of the machine also depends on its installation site.
Do not tamper with and/or replace parts of the machine without the
manufacturer’s express authorization.
Any maintenance and/or repairs must only be carried out after positioning the
switch on zero, unplugging the machine from the electrical power supply and
with the heating elements at room temperature.
Do not apply heat transfer materials to flammable materials or fabrics that
have been in contact with solvents, flammable or combustible substances.
Be aware that the working temperature could be a cause of fire.
Do not use the machine in humid, wet or dusty environments.
The machine is not designed for outdoor use.
