Wartung

1. Nach dem Mähen, Reinigen Sie das

Mähbalken. Bei Verwendung von
Hochdruckwasser-reiniger NICHT direkt
in die Lager spritzen!

2. Instandsetzung-,

Wartungs-

und

Reinigungsarbeiten sowie die Beseitigung
von Funktionsstörungen grundsätzlich nur
bei ausgeschaltetem Antrieb und
stillstehendem Motor vornehmen! -
Zündschlüssel abziehen!

3. Muttern und Schrauben regelmäßig auf

festen Sitz prüfen und ggf. nachziehen!

4. Bei Wartungsarbeiten am angehobenen

Gerät stets Sicherung durch geeignete
Abstützelemente vornehmen.

5. Beim Auswechseln von Arbeitswerkzeugen

mit Schneiden geeignetes Werkzeug und
Handschuhe benutzen!

6. Öle, Fette und Filter ordnungsgemäß

entsorgen!

7. Vor Arbeiten an der elektrischen Anlage

stets Stromzufuhr trennen!

8. Unterliegen Schutzeinrichtungen einem

Verschleiß, sind sie regelmäßig zu
kontrollieren und rechtzeitig auszutauschen!

9.

Bei Ausführung von elektrischen
Schweißarbeiten am Traktor und
angebauten Geräten, Kabel am Generator
und der Batterie abklemmen!

10. Arsatzteile müssen mindestens den vom

Gerätehersteller festgelegten technischen
Anforderungen entsprechen! Dies ist z.B.
durch Originalersatzteile gegeben!

11. Bei Gasspeicherung nur Stickstoff zum

Auffüllen verwenden-
EXPLOSIONSGEFAHR!

Maintenance

1. After mowing, clean the cutter bar. When

using high-pressure jet cleaners NOT
direct in bearings!

2.

Maintenance, repairs, cleaning and
disturbance removing may only be executed
when the drive and the engine are switched
off and the ignition key is pulled out!

3. Check nuts and screws regularly to be sure

that they are tightened enough. If not
tighten them!

4. If you perform any maintenance on the lifted

implement, always secure the implement by
a suitable holder.

5. Use adequate tools and gloves when

replacing machine parts with sharp edges!

6. Store properly oils and greases!

7. Before repairs on electrical equipment are

started, switch off the electrical current –
remove the fuse!

8. If safety devices succumb to usage, must

be checked regularly and replaced in duet
ime!

9. When welding on the tractor or on machine

which is mounted on the tractor, disconnect
the cable from battery and from generator!

10.

Use only genuine spare parts, they
guarantee long lifetime of the machine!

11. When filling in the gas, use for filling in

exclusively azote. Danger of EXPLOSION!
