5-4. WDS Feature

- Please check that all AP-500AC Access Points are running on the same version of firmware.
- In the following instructions, the screenshots captured from Windows 8 will be used. Display 

may vary depending on your environment and Web browser. 

- WDS is guaranteed only for Silex brand products that support WDS.

TIP

If this mode is used, two or more AP-500AC Access Points can communicate each other. 
By linking several Access Points wirelessly, wireless distance can be expanded as well as 
wireless dead spots can be eliminated.  The connection and configuration methods to use 
WDS are explained.
