Enable Switch does not glow
GREEN
Battery Voltage low
Wait for solar panels to
recharge the battery
CONTROLLER terminals loose Tighten cables at Controller
MASTER CONTROLLER has
disabled the OUTLET
see SYSTEM TEST
No AC Power from Outlet
SYSTEM ENABLE SWITCH not
depressed
Fully depress SYSTEM
ENABLE SWITCH until it clicks
in the recessed position.
Inverter Fault
Open Case and check for
three green LEDs to left of
inverter outlet (see LED
Status below)
300A Fuse Blown
Check fuse block at positive
inverter terminal (inside
case)
Inverter Overloaded or
overheated
If operating the RPS at high
loads or at high
temperatures, wait several
minutes to allow the inverter
to cool off. Reduce load once
inverter resets
GFI circuit tripped
Reset GFI circuit on inverter
(on inverter outlet inside
case)
Battery Not Charging
Solar Panels not connected
Check Solar Cable
connections
Check Controller display for
charging indication
Inverter LED Status:
Green
Red
Orange – fast blink
Orange – slow blink
Normal
Over Loaded
Low Temperature
High Temperature
Reduce Load
Warm unit
Reduce Load, Cool unit
