LOADING THE BATTERIES
The SD9 uses two sets of batteries. Make sure that both sets of batteries are in
place before using the camera.
LOADING THE LITHIUM BATTERIES

Two CR123A or two DL123A ; for mechanical operation of the camera

Be sure that the “D”-dial is set to the
OFF
position. Then use a coin or similar
object to turn the battery cover lock to the OPEN position.

Insert the lithium batteries into the chamber according to the + and – marks as
indicated.

Close the battery cover and turn the battery-cover lock to the CLOSE position.

Be sure to set the “D” –Dial to the
OFF
position. Turn the battery latch in the direction
of the arrow to unlock and then pull out the
battery case.
