CAUTION
• The windshield is permanently joined to the rotor cross. Do not
disassemble it.
• Do not use filters in the vessels.
• Load the rotor prior to installing it in the centrifuge. In the case of big
vessels (e.g. 15040), insert the vessel only partly into the bucket (see
the illustration below, A), tilt the bucket (see the illustration below, B),
and then push the vessel completely into the bucket. This helps to avoid
problems with restricted space in the area of the fastening nut.

• Open the centrifuge lid and Unscrew the rotor fastening nut from the
motor shaft. Since rotor no. 11128 is equipped with an integrated rotor
fastener, the existing rotor fastening nut will not be required.
• Lower the loaded rotor with its central bore straight down onto the motor
shaft.
