For "Import XML file", select an XML file that contains the definitions of the namespace
"http://opcfoundation.org/UA/DI/".
Select the file "Opc.Ua.Di.NodeSet2.xml" in the example. You can download this file

https://opcfoundation.org/UA/schemas/DI/
The figure below shows the dialog with the entries:

Click "OK".
STEP 7 (TIA) now generates the new server interface.
You can find the server interface in the project navigation of STEP 7 (TIA Portal), under
"OPC UA Communication > Server interfaces > Namespace references".
If a companion specification uses additional namespaces, add a new server interface for
each namespace.
Add additional server interfaces for Euromap77
For Euromap 77, you still need the following namespaces:

http://www.euromap.org/euromap77/
First, add a server interface for the namespace "http://www.euromap.org/euromap83/".
This namespace contains basic definitions for Euromap 77, therefore it is required here first.
All definitions of this namespace are included in the XML file
"Opc_Ua.EUROMAP83NodeSet2.xml", which you can download from the Euromap website
Then add a server interface for the namespace "http://www.euromap.org/euromap77". All
definitions of this namespace are included in the XML file
"Opc_Ua.EUROMAP77.NodeSet2.xml", which you can also download from the Euromap
