Remedies for the resolution of faults

If current transformer is available, check the settings and the

connection of the current transformer and correct if neces-

sary

Check the settings and the wiring of the current transformer

(if present) and correct if necessary

No communication



Check the communication settings (incorrect IP address,

incorrect subnet, incorrect Modbus TCP port or gateway?)



Check firewall, if present (possibly preventing communica-

tion to the Modbus ports)

Power values are incorrect, although voltage and current

are correctly applied



Check voltages and currents of the phases (not properly

connected to one another)



Check the polarity of the current transformer, if present

Fault indication in the display menu:
