A change in heating value may be due to the following causes:

1. Measurement error in the kV measuring circuit.

value results in increased heating value

(positive correction)

value results in decreased heating value

(negative correction)

2. Change in generator output.

This may occur when exchanging the inverter or the single tank.
In each case, the heating values must be readjusted and recorded
(refer to P10 and P07 in the service program).
