Network attributes and parameters for quality assumptions

For a configuration example, please refer to the figure below.
The jitter buffer in the HiNet LP5100 supports a delay of up to
120 ms (two IP packets) and is adjustable dynamically in the
Administration menu.

The parameters affecting the audio quality of the device are work-
ing assumptions for the M1 milestone.
