Use the information contained in the Appendix B, “Office PhoneMail System Planner” along
with this Installation Checklist to complete the Office PhoneMail installation. Check off each
step as it is completed. As you proceed through the checklist, the Flight Path feature, indicated
by a

icon, illustrates the key presses required to reach the specified point in the Hicom Ad-

ministration or Office PhoneMail Administration structure.

Confirm Hicom Software Version

Using Hicom CS administration, confirm that the Hicom CS software version supports the
installation of the Office PhoneMail system. If your Hicom CS is not equipped with the cor-
rect software, upgrade the Hicom software before completing the Office PhoneMail instal-
lation.
