Internal consultation/conference calls
When you are conducting an

Accepting/rejecting call waiting
If you receive an
external
call during an
internal
call, you will hear the call waiting
tone (short tone). The caller's number or
name will appear in the display if Calling
Line Identification is enabled.
Accepting an external waiting call during
an internal call

Press the display key.
You accept the waiting call and the inter-
nal call is put on hold. Both parties are
shown on the display; the current one is
marked.
You can toggle (page 23) or set up a con-
ference call (page 24).
Rejecting the external call
§Reject§
Press the display key.
The call waiting tone is turned off. You
remain connected with the internal party.
The ringer tone can still be heard on other
registered handsets.
Changing the name of a handset
The names "INT 1", "INT 2" etc. are
assigned automatically at registration.
You can change these names. The name
must be no more than 10 characters. The
changed name is displayed in every hand-
set's list.
