This system data word contains the time used for the cycle since the
last system checkpoint (at the beginning of OB 1) to the next
retriggering with OB 222 (if OB 222 is called more than once within
the cycle, the time to the last retriggering).

The time value is the content of RS 139 * 10 ms.
