6.3.3 LED Status Display (Drives)
Each drive has a multi-colored status LED at
the front panel that indicates the status of the
drive monitorings.
Switch-on
In order to check their functionality all drive LEDs are set to the following states (one
after the other) during switch-on:
1. status LED on/red for 2 seconds
2. status LED on/green for 2 seconds
3. status LED off for 2 seconds
Afterwards switch-on is continued according to the selected operating mode (MODE
switch position).
Operating mode: Normal operation
During normal operation each drive LED can have the following states.
Color Status Meaning
– Off No monitoring is active for the drive.
Red On Heartbeat monitoring has triggered an error (error E.05.).
PLC sends zero data telegrams (error E.10.).
Yellow On Speed zero monitoring has detected motor standstill.
Green On Motor is possibly running.
Operating mode: Configuration speed zero monitoring
During configuration of speed zero monitoring with OSSD signals each drive LED can
have the following states.
Color LED status Meaning
– Off No monitoring is active for the drive.
Red Flashes Speed zero monitoring with OSSD signals is selected.
