Inspect the following items accordingly when the Error Codes are displayed on
the control panel.

[OVER HEAT]
Monitor Lamp

Overheat
Turn the Idle Control Switch to [AUTO] and cool down
the unit with no-load operation until [OVERHEAT]
Monitor Lamp blinking will be stopped.
Stop the engine after the [OVERHEAT] Monitor Lamp
blinking will be stopped, then restart the engine.

Operate the unit properly based on the operation
manual to avoid overload, over-duty cycle, unclosed
door, and / or intake/exhaust clogging etc.

Short Circuit
Shut off the engine immediately and confirm if there is
short circuit on the welding output.
Start the engine after resolving the troubled area for
recovery.
