[Content] The copy ratio in the scanning direction can be adjusted. The current copy ratio

setting in the scanning direction can be separately changed. A new setting can be
entered with the numeric keypad. If the [PRINT] key is pressed after entering a
new value, the value is set as a new setting. If the [PRINT] key is pressed without
entering any setting, the copier exits the simulation mode and starts warming up.
After warming up, the copier becomes the copy ready mode, in which you can
make copies. However, multiple copy function is disabled. After making a copy,
you can return to the adjustment value input screen by pressing the [PAUSE] key.
If a copy is made after changing the setting again, shading/process control are
omitted.

Operation/display

[PRINT]:

If the entered value is valid, the current setting is updated. If the entered
value is not valid, the input field is cleared and the error buzzer sounds.
If any value is not entered, the copier exits the simulation mode and starts
warming up. After warming up, the copier becomes the copy ready state,
making it possible to make copies.

Enters new settings. (The setting is displayed on the COPIES SELECTED
display.)

[C]:

Clears the input field.

[PAUSE]:

No setting is made and the sub code input screen is displayed.
When the “READY TO COPY” screen is being displayed, it returns to the

To clear the zoom adjustment mode:

2. Turn ON/OFF the main switch (on the left-side of the copier), or

3. Enter the simulation mode and press the [CA] key to exit the simulation mode.
