23.1
Safety instructions for transport and storage
INFORMATION
Danger from improper transport and/or storage
Destruction or damage to assemblies
•
Temperature ranges specified in the technical data must be observed.
•
Storage location: inside, dry and without chemical influences.
•
Do not expose to direct sunlight.
•
When delivering and unloading the packages as well as during internal transport, be
careful and observe the symbols on the packaging.
23.2
Transport inspection
Delivery must be checked for completeness and transport damage upon receipt!
In case of visible transport damage, proceed as follows:
•
Do not accept the delivery or only accept it with reservations.
•
Note extent of damage on the transport documents or on the transporter's delivery
slip.

Destruction or damage to the assembly, loss of warranty claims
•
Any defect (transport damage) must be reported to the transport company as soon
as it is recognized.
•
Obvious transport damage must be reported to the transport company immediately
or acceptance with reservation. It is at recipient's discretion to refuse delivery accep-
tance in the event of transport damage.
•
All defects must be documented and reported to the manufacturer.
