Removing the XV.., EV.., AV.. encoders

1. Remove the safety cover [361], or the forced cooling fan if required.

2. Loosen  the  retaining  screws  [232]  and  turn  the  conical  spring  washers  [251]  out-

wards.

3. Loosen the clamping screw [E] of the coupling.

4. Remove adapter [A] and encoder [220].

Reassembly

1. Proceed as described in chapter 

"
