5.2. Returning Product for Service

If any part of the EX8 Plus System is to be returned to Seon Design Inc. for 
service, please contact Seon, provide the model or serial number of your unit, and 
ask for a Return Authorization (RA) number. An RA number allows the service 
technicians to better track your product when it comes in for service. Please have 
the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
