GPS coordinates
GPS coordinates can be manually entered or acquired from the GPRS network (Z-GPRS2 only) in
Google Maps ™ compatible format.
Sunrise and sunset can be calculated by Z-Logger/Z-GPRS2 based on the internal calendar when
the GPS coordinates are known.
This information can be used for various types of automations.
10.1.
GPS coordinates via GPRS network (Z-GPRS2
only)
Current GPS coordinates can be acquired via the GPRS network. The coordinates will be for the
connected GSM cell. Although the precision compared to the real position is around a few
kilometres, the error is fully negligible for sunrise and sunset calculations.
