This tab can be used to configure the

output’s video behavior in the event of loss of input

or other failure to decode.

fails to decode, this will cease all outbound
IP bitrate from the 2110 card on both paths
(Video, Audio and Anc). When set to

the raster color selected in Section 3.2.5.1
