Configuring Satellite Input

Only available when the MRD 70191 Satellite Input Module is installed. When Satellite
Input is selected as the active input, clicking on the gear icon allows the user to
enable/disable Satellite ports.

Once the MRD is locked on a Satellite signal, the indicator light on the right will turn
green, and the received bitrate is displayed.
