D1/D2 Display
At switch-on, the power source performs an autotest during which the D2 display shows the size of the power source "90"; imme-
diately after, the D2 display briefly indicates the software version installed (e.g. 1.0).
The D1 display indicates the cutting current required by the operator and immediately after striking of the arc goes to reading mode,
providing the actual value of the current or the voltage delivered.
Simultaneously, if D1 shows “ERR” and a green or yellow LED lights on, D2 indicates an alarm status via error codes:
In the event of errors 02 and 03, when the causes of the alarm have been removed the machine shall start working again automa-
tically.
In the event of errors 11 and 13, once the causes of the alarm have been removed, press the "parameter" button and the machine
shall perform a self-test and then start working normally.
In the event of AC main alarm, check the supply voltage on "input filter board" 15.14.269 (see also section 8.2 "Internal diagnostic
indications"), with reference to the following table:
In the event of thermal alarm, check the thermal protection devices as described in the section 8.3 "Arrangement of the thermal
protections" underneath.
In the event of overheating, the cooling of the generator is optimized by leaving the machine on due to the ventilation effect.

Type of error
Front panel memory error
Torch not correctly
assembled/connected
Low air pressure
Overtemperature
General alarm
(overvoltage, undervoltage,
AC main connection fault)
Action
Switch the machine OFF and ON. Enter Setup and perform a RESET (see
below).
If the error is not eliminated, the machine is operational but can neither store
the modified parameters nor recall the last configuration used during welding;
replace the front panel.
Check the torch and its connections to the central torch fitting. If the torch and its
connections are OK, check the filter board at output, the front panel and the
various connections (see electrical diagram in section 6.1 above).
Check that the air pressure is always around 5 bar even while cutting. If the
pressure is correct, check the pressure switch and the front panel (see section
10.9 below). Check also the pressure regulator at the generator's inlet.
If the generator has overheated: let it cool down.
If the error remains: remove covers, check internal temperature, check fan,
check primary and secondary thermal capsules (see section 8.3 underneath).
Check the power supply voltage 400Vac ± 15% on the 15.14.269 board (see
section 8.2 below) . If the supply is correct, check the15.14.269 board and front
panel 15.22.131 (see sections 10.1 and 10.9 below).
