1 HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
When installing or inspecting the machine, be ver� careful of the following points and pa� attention to
ensure that the pla�er can en�o� the game safel�.
Non-compliance with the following points or inappropriate handling running counter to the cautionar�
matters herein stated can cause personal in�ur� or damage to the machine.
• Before performng work, be sure to turn the power off. Performng the work wthout turnng the
power off can cause an electrc shock or short crcut. In the case work should be performed
n the status of power on, ths manual always states to that effect.
• To avod an electrc shock or short crcut, do not plug n or unplug quckly.
• To avod an electrc shock, do not plug n or unplug wth a wet hand.
• Do not expose power cords or earth wres on the surface, (floor, passage, etc.). If exposed, the
power cords and earth wres are susceptble to damage. Damaged cords and wres can cause
an electrc shock or short crcut.
• To avod causng a fire or an electrc shock, do not put thngs on or damage the power cords.
• When or after nstallng the product, do not unnecessarly pull the power cord. If damaged, the
power cord can cause a fire or an electrc shock.
• In case the power cord s damaged, ask for a replacement through where the product was
purchased from or the office heren stated. Usng the cord as s damaged can cause fire, an
electrc shock or leakage.
• Be sure to perform groundng approprately. Inapproprate groundng can cause an electrc
shock.
• Be sure to use fuses meetng the specfied ratng. Usng fuses exceedng the specfied ratng can
cause a fire or an electrc shock.
• Be sure that connectons such as IC BD are made properly. Insufficent nserton can cause an
electrc shock.
• Specficaton changes, removal of equpment, converson and/or addton, not desgnated by
SEGA are not permtted.
- Falure to observe ths may cause a fire or an electrc shock. Non-complance wth ths nstructon
can have a bad nfluence upon physcal condtons of the players or the onlookers, or result
n njury durng play.
- SEGA shall not be held responsble for damage, compensaton for damage to a thrd party,
caused by specficaton changes not desgnated by SEGA.
• If work or parts replacement not ndcated n ths manual s carred out, an accdent may occur.
If t s necessary to carry out work not ndcated n ths manual, be sure to have t done by the
office ndcated n ths manual or by the pont of purchase. Also, please nqure regardng
detals of the work nvolved.
