- Sequencer controller running:
if the device is not equipped with the DP sensor:
Conditions for the cleaning start-up:
o
input I1=1 (closed input) (representative of a DP external loop control)
o
input I2=1 (closed input) (representative of the c/a presence)
o
input I3=1 (closed input) (representative of a fan or other loop control)
If loss of the input I3, the sequencer carries out the number of adjusted cycles on stop fan and stops. If the
number of adjusted cycles is set at 0: the sequencer stops instantly or terminates the cycle in course according
to the chosen stop mode.
If the device is equipped with the DP sensor:
Conditions for cleaning start-up:
o
input I3=1 (closed input) (representative of the fan operation or of another loop control according
to the detection mode of the stop fan)
o
input I2=1 (closed input) (representative of the c/a presence)
o
DP order present (if cycle controlled by DP: « AdP » choice)
-If stop fan detection is through TOR input:
o
If loss of the input I3, the stop fan is established: the sequencer terminates the cycle in course
according to the chosen stop mode, carries out the adjusted number of cycles and stops. If the
adjusted number of cycles is set at 0: the sequencer stops instantly or terminates the cycle in course
according to the chosen stop mode.
- If stop fan detection is through pressure drop:
o
If loss of input I3, the sequencer stops instantly or terminates the cycle in course according to the
chosen stop mode.
o
If the stop fan is established: the sequencer terminates the cycle in course according to the chosen
stop mode, carried out the adjusted number of cycles and stops. If the number of adjusted cycles is
set at 0: the sequencer stops instantly or terminates the cycle in course according to the chosen stop
mode.
- If loss of the DP order (if cycle controlled by DP: « AdP » choice), the cycle stops instantly or terminates the
cycle in course according to the chosen stop mode.
In both cases:
If loss of the input I2 (a/c), the cycle stops at the EV in course whatever the chosen stoppage mode and waits
for the electrovalve to close in order to re-start the cycle where it stopped.
Note: When making alive, a 10 seconds delay prohibits cleaning.
