CONTROL / FAULTS DISPLAY
The faults are displayed in visual DP measurement position (alternating with the measurement) or in visual cycle
position. They are displayed in order of priority according to the following list and are coded as below:
1) "CFx" if configuration fault when the device is made live (x represents a code error), verification of the
parameters is then necessary:
- CF0: zero DP
- CF1: DP scale
- CF2: DPMAX threshold
- CF3: DPMIN threshold
- CF4: number of EV
- CF5: T1 time
- CF6: T2 time
- CF7: low DP alarm threshold or high DP alarm threshold
- CF8: T2A time
- CF9: threshold for passing into T2A
- CFA: 4mA value of the 4-20ma output
- CFb: 20mA value of the 4-20ma output
2) "dEF" if electrical fault “output always supplied” (short circuit)
Appears if a current consumption has been detected on one of the outputs whilst it is inactive.
3) "rxx" if fault no climb c/a
xx represents the SV number which has caused the fault.
This control is effective if the "c/a control" option is validated (see "HIDDEN MENU").
This fault appears after a shooting, at the end of T2, if the c/a input is set to 0.
This fault is reseted if the next shooting on this SV is OK.
4) "dAC" if fault c/a general
This fault appears if the c/a input is opened more than 2 seconds outside of a declogging cycle.
This fault is reseted through the closing of the c/a input.
5) "cxx" if fault no c/a consumption
This control is effective if the "c/a controle" option is validated (see "HIDDEN MENU").
xx represents the number of the SV which has caused the fault.
A pressure consumption is considerated as good if the c/a input opens during the SV activation or during
the T2 time that follows it.
If there is no c/a consumption detection three times consecutively on the same SV, this fault appears.
This fault is reseted through a c/a consumption detection on this SV at the next cycle.
6) "dxx" if electrical fault “open circuit” on the output
Appears if no electrical consumption has appeared during the activation of this EV.
xx represents the number of the EV which has generated the fault.
